Is it normal for me to fear that people are watching me when I change clothes or even the whole day?
is it normal for me to fear that I will die in any moment?
I need to know. I'm scared of even hanging out with people I've talked to only once or twice.
I use to think my dead family members were angels and that they were kinda like ghost. they could go though nd see through houses and wall so I use to think they were watching me. I would become paranoid if I did something a lil bad and so now I don't think that way and I feel so much more at peace.
