It's hard to tell without being there, but I really doubt they're intentionally leaving you out...I'm sure they either think you don't want to go(have they invited you in the past and you always say no?) or they think it's implied that you're invited. If they're having the conversation in front of you, you don't have to wait for them to include you in it, you can just jump in. Give them a subtle indication that you'd like to go(say "that sounds like fun" like somebody else suggested) and either they'll make sure you're included or they'll subtly let you know they don't want you there. IF the latter happens, it's not normal and you need new friends, but my guess is the former will happen.
