Being attracted to anyone nice is normal even if it is your cousin. For a while I was attracted to my cousin she was very sweet and pretty and she was between boyfriends so she came to me for advice and companionship and we became very close. I almost kissed her once but I was afraid not because she was my cousin but for all the reasons a guy is nervous to kiss a girl for the first time especially one younger she was like 22 at the time and I was like 44. But it would be very dangerous to marry your 1st cousin and have children as others have said. But to love your cousin and even fool around I think is fine.
