Since pregnant women lactate and it requires a sucking of the nipples, do pregnant women ever just drink their own milk by sucking on their own nipples if they can reach it?

    They don't. And pregnant woman can drink and eat like normal grown up people. And there usually isn't any want to suck on your own nipples.
