U dont understand that 88 degrees with 90% humidity feels like death. I go outside and within a couple min, im sweating and have beads of sweat running down my forehead. I sat in my car for ten min with the windiws open and when i got out, my clothes were stuck to my skin. So in Wisconsin, 88 degreees usually feels like 95
Lol I'm in Ohio so our weather is pretty much the same. I'm in my bed room and I was sweating from being outside in work clothes but I put my fan on mid and shorts now it's fine.. Even my car doesn't have ac and I usually drive with the windows up and just the fan on cause I'm always cold, same as most old people..
IIN for a nursing home to not have air conditioning

We've never had ac and it gets hotter than 88 here.. Just put some fans in there.. Besides I thought old people like being warm..
