Presumably she knows the sex of the users she talking about because they imply it by constantly posting as though females are a different creature from them.

No I didn't, it's right above you where I said that she does not know the sex of most people on this website. I have no idea where you are getting that I said ot solely about this page or didn't include the words, "most people".
I'm not denying that she has an idea on the sex of the people that believe women are a seperate species, as you put it, however she does not know if they are the majority of the male users.

If me mentioning numerous times that I'm talking about the entire site but messed up with one wordd and it threw you off then ok, I apologize.
