Is it normal for a guy to grope a girl while taking a picture?

I put my arm around his waist, and his went to the side of my upper back (so he was grabbing my lower side tit.) I placed it for an accident until he didn't move his hand at all. About five minutes later his crush got a picture with him (and we're the same height) but he put his hand on her waist. So follow up question.. was this intentional groping? Also it is groping, right? This is the first time I've experienced something Ike this.

    Hand on shoulder would be appropriate for a casual friend. Hand on waist would be okay for family or close friend.

    Putting his hand between your arm and body and touching the side of your breast is indeed groping, and that's okay only if the one being groped consents.
