all of her body hair? I am a girl and I shave every part of my body that I have hair on except for anything on my head, face or butt. I shave my arms, legs, back, stomach, etc. It's not that I have a lot of hair cause I'm not a particularly hairy person to begin with. I just can't stand feeling any hair on my body. I feel dirty if I don't do it. Just curious to know if any other females do this.

    I do it. I don't like hair anyway it doesn't look like it should be. Sometimes it makes me feel like a boy. So I pretty much shave anything I can reach.

    I think in North American culture it is normal to shave under the arms, legs, and pubic area. I've heard of other women shaving their forearms if they are hairy.

    I don't think shaving your stomach and back is normal though, same with the reason why you're doing it. Dirt, oils, and bacteria make you dirty, not your hair.

      I understand that hair doesn't make you dirty. It's more of a mental thing I have. It's weird because I don't necessarily care about other people's hair and I don't think people who don't shave are dirty. If my girlfriend doesn't shave her legs or something for a few days I couldn't care less. It's just in my head I feel much cleaner if I'm smooth. I just figured I couldn't be the only one who feels this way but an ex said something to me once that made me feel like I was abnormal.

    Perhaps if you realise that body hair is there for a reason, you might not be so obsessed with removing it. The hair is going to grow back with a vengeance and you may even get infections in the hair follicles and land up looking pretty gross and scabby. What will happen if you land up in a predicament where you can't have access to your razor/shaver etc or if you were lying flat on your back in a hospital bed for 6 weeks ??? If you were injured on your body and the hair has to grow through the dressings and plaster..NOT a lot of fun. Stick to shaving the armpits and legs if you need to. Hair has a function.

    It is if you like it, personally hairless guys or girls creep me out, idk if I'd really wanna do anything with someone who looked like they hadn't gone through puberty. XD body hair is a sign of sexual and physical maturity after all o.o

      I'm not trying to be a porn star or anything. I don't shave there for a couple of reasons. One is I don't want to cut myself and then have it be painful to sit down. Another is I don't have that much hair there so it's not really worth shaving. If I had an exceptionally hairy butt I would probably take the risk and shave there as well.

    You are now at higher risk to getting a type of cancer. I heard that if you shave you stomach that could happen.
