Is it normal for a bar and grill to limit all customers to only two drinks?

I meam even apple bees doesn't limit you and that can hardly be considered either. Whats more annoying is they advertise how they have best whiskey.

      My guess is there was someone one(s) before that ruined it for everyone to the point the owner said fuck it.

          I don’t know if a bouncer gets paid enough to make that worth it

          Also it wouldn’t be the first time a business or corporation had an overkill reaction to something 🤷🏻‍♂️

      I know I really wanted drinks that day and they said no, you only get two. I was like "what the hell man?" I mean at that piont I wasnt even kind of tipsy either.
