Is it normal for a 24 year old man to hang out with a 12 year old girl?

I get along really well with young kids so idk, as long as he's not hurting her i don't really see anything wrong with it.

Maybe he's develomentally slow. Or maybe just likes kids.

This could deemed kinda creepy by others regardless of his motives. It also could be a sign of a mental problem like stunted emotional growth.

Not really normal behavior for a 24 year old. If it is just harmless talking and nothing else this 24 year old man should still be locked up against his will because he is dangerous. The 12 year old should be locked up as well because she is encouraging potentially dangerous behaviors of older men. She is very dangerous by proxy and should serve a sentence no less than 6 to 10 years in a state mental ward or juvenile detention center.

Depends on the context, if he's just talking to her when she happens to come over I'd say it's normal, if they're arranging to meet by themselves it's not.

No, when i was becoming mentally ill at age 21, i hung out with a girl who was age 11, I had no one to talk with i was seriously mentally ill, I had no one to love me either so i hung out with that girl, i could of been locked up in jail or put away in mental ward or state hospital so no it is bad idea i think someone needs to talk to the 24 year old guy.
