Since after having shower today, my skin and my teeth are painful. My teeth are too sensitive to everything and my skin feels same everywhere. Even my clothes make it hurt. It's extremely irritating and it's making me insane.

Is It Normal?

    Was it an extremely cold or extremely hot shower, maybe?

      No. It was moderately warm shower. It's better now. It still hurts at some places. There is nothing visible on my skin. But I feel that there is no skin when there is a contact.
