For goodness sake, do some research! It's very well documented that people who lose lots of weight using drastic methods just put it all back on again, because the body responds as if you've been through a famine.
Then you didn’t learn anything. Honey... a diet is NOT something you can ever come off of. A diet is a lifelong challenge. And if you didn’t learn how to eat better, you ARE going to gain it all back, and then some probably.
