Seems like no matter how hard i try to get every last drop of pee out, as soon as i put my junk back in my underwear, zip up, or just stand up from the toilet, a little bit of piss still spills out and runs down my leg or makes my underwear a little wet, which really annoys me

    You should build a penis holster. You can put your dick in a little cup big enough for half your dick. On the bottom of the cup would be a tube that goes down your leg and into your sock. This way the pee will end up in your sock instead of your legs or underwear. Problem solved.
