Is it normal demanding the ex wife bring her son over constantly?

I am the step girlfriend.I wear her down until she brings him over.I am trying to have her declared unfit so I can get the sole custody money and put the kid in special ed and welfare so I don't have to work. I am having her followed everywhere so I can write down everytime she messes up as a mother. Because you can get so much money if you put the kid in special ed even if he doesn't need to be in there.

I would like him to miss school or get held back 3 or 4 times because that builds character. I think heavily medicating him would be good because then he would struggle in school. Because constantly struggling and misery makes you a better person.He seems unhappy to be separated from his mother esp when he was having a good time with her and I took him away from her so I can look good when I get custody.He hates calling me mother.If I was his only mother figure he would have to respect me.He seems scared of me and doesn't like it when I say bad stuff about his mom.
