The last time I had it before last night was the worst and genuinly freaked me out. My heart was pounding and only getting faster as if I was just slightly off from having a heart attack. I could feel the beats in my chest without putting my hand over it. I sturggled to open my eyes but when I did and could see slightly, all I seen was this tall man in a long black cloak/jacket with long white hair and pure white skin. His hair was covering most of his face (it was parted down the middle) and the only facial features I could see was his nose and mouth. He was holding his right hand with a little girl that just seemed like a normal little girl in a child's dress. Both were just staring at me and I couldn't move. I was starting to et a bit frightened but primarily due to the heart part. I tried moving and couldn't and they were just staring. I tend to beableto move slightly when this happens and really slowly so I was able to move my arm to try pull myself up but then couldn't and my eyes closed and I was sure I was about to die. Wokeup the next morning covered in sweat.
That experience was just strange to me. It seemed so real and made me believe in the supernatural for a little while until I just decided it couldn't possibly be and I mustof been seeing things.

Sleep paralysis is not fun and I get it too much.
