Is it normal co-worker rubs up against me quite a bit? (possible sexual harassment)

So i work with this guy, we get along quite nicely, but our work space is incredibly cramped. because of this face, we bump into each other a lot, and sometimes his crotch will rub up against my rump, especially when i'm bending over. he of course apologizes and i just let it go with a "that's alright" or "dont worry about it" cuz i figure its just an accident. but lately its been happening a lot more often than it used to, so i'm wondering if its not so accidental anymore and he's grinding up against my bum on purpose. how would i figure this out and is this sort of behavior normal for a male co-worker toward his female co-worker? what should i do? i'm open to suggestions

Ignore the idiots above: it sounds like sexual harrassment to me but what you do about it could be problematic, depending on your workplace and his job position and yours.

You could try stepping back on to his instep (preferably in sharp high heels) whenever he does this and then apologising, pretending it was an accident. Alternatively, if you feel comfortable about it, thrust backwards with your bum and knock him over backwards. And then, of course, apologise because of course it was accidental.

Your solution is physical violence and we are the idiots?

It's not normal and falls under sexual harassment.

Eat more beans and try to be as flatulent as possible.

Or you can go talk to someone at Human Resources.

  • I talked to him about it and he says he really is doing it on accident and apologizes for it. But i dunno, he might be lying, would there be a way to find out?

It all depends on your bum.

Since you aren't used to this attention from men I am guessing you are not that hot. If you were you'd be used to behavior like this. It happens all day every day.

I'm guessing it's just accidental but fuck, enjoy the grind. Is he hot?
