Is it normal co-worker brings her daughter to work everyday?

It kind of bugs me that I can't relax and eat my lunch with my coworkers who are my friends in peace.I have been eating in my cubicle. Sometimes I eat in the bathroom with my friend from work because it is the only place away from her. A coworker who frequently causes a lot of trouble,brings her adult daughter to lunch everyday.

It is really awkward, because the mother tried to force us to talk to her daughter and go out with her after work. The mother is dating our boss and has gotten three people fired if they refuse to oblige. Everytime we go out for lunch,she finds out where and shows up.She wants us all to become friends with her daughter, who seems shy and wants to be left alone.
