I baked some strawberry shortcake Oreo muffins today. They came out so moist and delicious. I stupidly shared them with a few co-workers and now I only have like two left to myself. Meh, I guess it's okay though since it made them happy and besides I eat too much junk food anyway.

Muffins are so awesome! They can be made in such a variety of flavors and it leaves room to be creative.
