Is it normal being nice to people that don't really deserve it.

Is it normal to try to be nice to people even when you think they might not like you ? or is it better to just give it up? Is it better to try to be the bigger person then to be rude to the people at are not so nice?

Is It Normal?

  • Treat others as you want to be treated alway; even if they don't deserve it. You might fix someone's day and you won't feel bad either.

  • be nice, kill them with kindness. Except for some, some just need a kick in the ass.

  • I'm always doing my best to be nice to everyone even if they don't actually like me. Being rude to them doesn't really make the situation any better, does it?

  • I have done it all my life, and I found in the end that some people use it against you, at times, you have to learn to stand up for yourself and others around you. You can't let people walk all over you. Now if only I could do that myself, I hate the idea of being mean to anyone.

  • I used to try to be nice to people, but now if I don't like someone I don't pretend to, it's working quite well, I'm not rude that much. You don't have to agree with what people say if you don't. Just explain why you think differently to them in the politest possible way (if your worried about offending people).
