Is it normal a small, hard pimple near tailbone

So, for an year, or more, I had a pimple, around 5-7 mm, on the left side of my tailbone/at the start of my buttcrack. It's pretty hard when I touch it and it drains brownish-red fluid when I accidentally sit over it or when it stretches when sitting/sleeping, and it smells. I'm not sure if it's a pilonidal cyst, because it's not under the skin and it doesn't grow bigger (or atleast it hasn't since I first discovered it year and a half ago).
