It's very unusual, in as much as I've ever heard of it. Maybe not so very different to being turned on by being pissed on but... You do need to be very wary about her age, for starters, and then you need to sort a few other things out too. I think setting the bar that low with regard to what you can expect by way of contact from women that you find attractive is something you really do need to work on. She'd got in your car, after all. So you must at least have inspired a degree of trust so in her particular case I would advise you start by acting as though you'd deserved it.
If you really believe you want girls to puke on you then I would suggest getting it very clear in your own head what this is all about before taking a single further step down that road and, if needs be, find a consensual route for it. Which won't be easy.
