        What the fuck difference does it makes if its policy or negligence or happens on someones property or whatnot, theres a million different ways people get sued nowadays, and lawyers are always looking for more. What some people think is normal or they can get away with, other people bring lawsuits for

        If everyone everywhere in society knew the law and followed it perfectly we wouldnt have any problems, but they dont.

        There are countless examples of crazy shit happening everywhere nowadays. That lady Kim Davis is a public clerk and made her official public office policy different from Supreme Court law. She knowingly exposed herself and her public office to legal action.
