Is it normal ~ foreign accents

Typically, I'm not that attracted to foreign accents. I feel like this may be a bit odd.

For example, there will be American girls swooning over some Brazilian guy because his accent is SOOOO SEXY. Or British guys drooling over some French girl because her accent is SOOOO EXOTIC.

Or vice versa. But I'm otherwise.

This is not me being crazy against all accents and refusing to date ANYONE with an accent other than my own - I'd honestly be happily open to it. It's just that I don't seem to be hyperventilating over foreign accents like everyone else seems to be.

IIN? And are you attracted to accents other than your own?

    I'm afraid I'm going to have to go by the British stereotype and say that yeah I do love the French accent, and a lot of different reigonal american accents, and the Irish accent, especially in singing voices like Lisa hannigan

    I don't really know why, but I love any accent that is scandinavian, russian, germanic, eastern europe. For some reason it's a real turn on .They could look quite ordinary but suddenly they're more interesting.

    I find if a girl has an accent that I'm not used to (I've lived in Ireland most of my life) it does seem kind of cute. Like American ones or even British.
    But of course, accent is a highly irrelevant factor when seeking a mate to settle down with.

        You should see Ireland - I have more sheep neighbours than human ones, the air is pure, and there's a massive castle and coast about 5 minutes from my house.
        The accent is great, but my accent is very neutral and plain because I speak French and Polish as well. They kind of cancelled eachother out :/

    Are you that Brazil Nut who thinks he can imiatate an American and British accent? Did you ever make that YouTube video to show off your accent ability yet? There can't be two people on this website, from Brazil, who are obsessed with foriegn accents. It has to be you.

      I have no clue who you're talking about, but my post was all about how I'm not obessed with foreign accents. Brazil was just used as an example. I am pretty sure I'm American too.

    I freaking love German. I don't know why but I do! I'm British with lots of German friends and we talk all the time with voice because then I get to hear that accent lol

    Well, I'm Portuguese. I'm more attracted by foreign girls than native ones. It's not just about the accent, it's the whole shebang.

    Heidi Klum has this remarkable way of speaking. I could listen to her speak for..like..17 minutes. I love that. It's just too hard for me to explain the exact nitch in her way of speaking that I find attractive right now because my kitten and I are busy figuring out a fingerstyle guitar song quick.

    An Irish lass could get me to do ANYTHING, if she'd just keep talking to me. I find that accent so incredibly sexy, even if I can't understand half of what they're saying.
