    I like to tell the truth when someone asks me. An example:

    'Hey, what are you up to?'
    'I'm currently juggling badgers in a space ship whilst making out with an alien. fo' real. you?'

    its a bad habbit. you dont need to lie. its just a bad quality and once people pick up on it they wont take you seriously. they wont even ask you how you are. just be honest about what youre doying.
