  • Smiling uses more muscles in your face to do than it does to frown...maybe you convinced yourself somehow that it hurts to do so because it takes more work :) Smiling is a very primal response...what happens when someone makes you laugh?? You can't help but smile! Monkeys do it and newborns often smile even before knowing why they do it. If it is of any use, frowning causes wrinkles so if you are not going to smile at least don't frown!
