Shit happens, people's moods change depending on their situations... I would want someone to stick with me through that, and I would do the same for any of my friends.
Yeah, I would stay friends with them. If they just become a jackass for no reason, I would put my foot down if they were mean to me or whatever, but I wouldn't abandon them.
