tammyx think about the effect on the parent not just the child. Do you think they wanter thier child to have a problem?. I Know from experience children that have problems require a lot more money and attention if the parents are young, or struggling to make ends meet. The might be simply unable to look after it as they would be mentally and finacially unstable. Would you want a child to grow up in that kind of environment or go to a home where it would be looked after properly.
