I'm already fluent at speaking English and Spanish. Lately I've gotten to know the basics of Brazilian Portuguese and some miscellaneous terms. I find myself to be comfortable with the syntax used in this language, so perhaps I'll advance quickly through it in a few more months. One thing's for sure, I can read Portuguese well without having to go back and forth with a Portuguese/Spanish and Spanish/Portuguese dictionary for the majority of the time.
Besides Brazilian Portuguese, the other language that I'd like to learn would be Japanese (hence the language that I chose for this poll) because I think it's universally spoken in Japan without a dialect language looming around that country. Also, it's an extremely challenging language to learn, but I'm up for it.
I'll probably try to learn two European languages before I turn 25, most preferably German and Romanian.
