I would rather die than eat a person. Besides, if I were on an island I'd be eatin' fish n crabs like crazy. In survival mode *maybe* I would be so desperate as to eat a person, but I doubt it. Not even if they died or were dying. It seems so unnecessary to be a cannibal on an island, where food is usually abundant. I would probably drink their piss though.
