Hell no. I don't think its right and eating the flesh of another human gives people a rare type of brain disease. There are other sources of food: vegetables, fish, wildlife. But now if I do get myself in a situation like that I'll end up being paranoid of that other human and my safety. If push comes to shove and that person tries to eat me *shudders* I'll have to kill them in self-defense.
I still wouldn't eat them. If psychically able, I would bury them and their death would make a important contribution to nature by making the soil fertile. That or I would send them out to sea.
If you were stranded on an island with someone, would you eat him/her?

Then eat them right? Or would you let a nice leg of man go to waste?

So you would compost the person in order to grow some vegetation? Seems wiser than just eating the body

I wouldn't grow food on their remains.
