Erm... maybe? I'd end up wanting to get something weird, like some sort of dermal implants or elf ears or something. Though I'm not always happy with my appearance I feel like I would be losing some of my integrity if I tried surgery to make myself more attractive. Your body will always be changing, better to just love it the way it is.
