I try to be friends with her:) even though that is not very effective because she will notice that you are a great friend and just wants to be your friend to talk and stuff.
You can flirt to but you need to do it good or else you kinda look like an asshole in my opinion.
Very true...I say be her friend, hang out with her and be there for her. A girl can't help but fall for a guy that's cares about her and knows her. We know if a guy talks to us because they want sex...so if the girl Is classy, it won't work boys :p
