I think that if I was raised to believe that my parents should be the one to decide about my partner then I would not even question their decision. I would view it as normal.
When I was working in Mauritius some years ago an hindu girl told me that her marriage was arranged and that in the beginning it was difficult because she did not know the person well etc.. But that eventually things get better and now she's happy with her marriage.
That's very true, I think. Even when a person views some of their parents' values as illogical, they will still have many values which are the same without even realizing it. Children start mirroring their parents from birth so it's only natural for them to share values.
