If you were an employer would you put up sexism in the workplace?

What would you do if you had a man or woman that was openly sexist and hurtful to your employees of the other gender?

Yes, I would put up with it. 5

    • Do these rules apply for men and women or is it just men? Do you let women get away with it when they are being sexist about men?

If I were a supervisor in that position I would do logical thing, and follow a sound proceedure. How I handle the situation would depend upon the severity of the offense of course.

    • Would you let women get away with it and only punish men or would you be fair to everyone?

    • If it was a woman doing it to a man would you discipline her to the same level as you would a man?

Naturally. I said "any sort of sexism" and that includes misandry.
