Since we already live like your example, for the most part, we'd not even have to change our lifestyle much.
We already make our own fresh water from sea water, catch fish, get fruit, vegetables and meat from those who produce them. Of course, we really don't need the internet; who does? We never use the electrical grid as we have solar and wind generators for electricity. Diesel fuel would be difficult to obtain, but not impossible so we'd sail more than run our engine. Pretty much the only thing we would need that wouldn't be easily gotten would be spare parts, but we'd do fine for many years.
We have weapons a plenty and the ability to live far beyond the areas where they would be needed often.
We even have a couple of empty cabins for a few very special friends. Life is/would be, good.
