    In math, you round up if it is 0.5 or greater.

      Well I'm aware of math lol I'm just wondering in general what people do on average. My own doctor refers to me as 5'3.

        The average person does nothing, unless they are forced to do so. Then they tend to do what the person forcing them wants to be done.
