No it doesn’t freeze, it’s because of the dissolved ammonia in the urine. Ammonia’s freezing temperature is -77.7 C or 107 F.

Full disclosure, it was an estimated guess it was the ammonia, was right but I didn’t have the freezing point of ammonia off the top of my head.
Still impressive.
