  • Weirdly, it seems like piss freezes differently than water now that I think of it. Because yellow snow has a weird not fully frozen quality. Whereas if one were to pour water on snow, it would harden up and form ice. Yet yellow snow does not do that.

Where I used to live, it would get down below zero for parts of the winter. And yellow snow never really seemed to freeze totally, even then. It would just kind of sink into the snow, but it never hardened up like if you poured water.

The coldest it would ever get up there was around -20. And that didn't happen every year. Some years, it would only get down to like 0 or -5. So, given this, I would guess that it would probably freeze, but I don't think it would instantly freeze like that.

  • No. 98 degrees doesn't become freezing tthat fast.

  • No it doesn’t freeze, it’s because of the dissolved ammonia in the urine. Ammonia’s freezing temperature is -77.7 C or 107 F.

          • Full disclosure, it was an estimated guess it was the ammonia, was right but I didn’t have the freezing point of ammonia off the top of my head.
