my favorite quick dinner that can feed a whole family
Mac and cheese (3 normal size boxes) make it, then mix in a cassorole dish with veggies, i normally have some combo, of broccoli, portobellos, pepper, spinich, tomatoe, maybe black beans.
then shread cheese on top, i like hot habonaro cheese, so it bakes a crispy top
bake for 10 to 15 (you have to change time depending on oven and amount you make) at 350F
then you can serve with a topping cause i can be a lil dry, like thai chili paste or salsa. and enjoy
Veggies in Mac n cheese is my favorite way to eat it. If you wanna be super unhealthy about it, add pepperoni salami corn peas and seasoning of choice. Delicious. Or sausage and peas.
If you hated vegetables as a kid, did you end up liking them later on?
