If you hated vegetables as a kid, did you end up liking them later on?

  • Broccoli.

I hated it until a couple of years ago. But it still has to be cooked to death and preferably with some sort of cheese for me to like it.

      • Have you ever had it on pizza? It's actually pretty good and the leafy parts get a little crispy too. My mouth is watering now.

          • my favorite quick dinner that can feed a whole family

Mac and cheese (3 normal size boxes) make it, then mix in a cassorole dish with veggies, i normally have some combo, of broccoli, portobellos, pepper, spinich, tomatoe, maybe black beans.

then shread cheese on top, i like hot habonaro cheese, so it bakes a crispy top

bake for 10 to 15 (you have to change time depending on oven and amount you make) at 350F

then you can serve with a topping cause i can be a lil dry, like thai chili paste or salsa. and enjoy

            • Veggies in Mac n cheese is my favorite way to eat it. If you wanna be super unhealthy about it, add pepperoni salami corn peas and seasoning of choice. Delicious. Or sausage and peas.
