I was wrong I guess im seeong in 2016 it was 3rd but I didnt check others. Id have to go through all the years because im pretty sure in the past couple years it was number 1. It always changes. I did find the top 5 cities of the world with the highest murder rates are all Mexican cities though. Its very dangerous with alot of gun murders.
