since i'm from Belgium i would pick king Leopold II. he enslaved millions of people in Congo in the 1890's, he cut off people's hands if they didn't collect enough rubber or other materials and killed millions. Congo is still fucked today by that 1 guy. although we would be a little less rich he was the biggest asshole in the history of our country !
