I feel exactly the same way, which is why I feel weird about the idea of major historical figures being erased from history. I'd probably go for someone who had little impact (at least in comparison to someone like Hitler).
Hmm, nobody ever asks the OP what their answer would have been and, I think, with such a great question, that's a shame. So who, specifically, would you erase (and who would you bring back)?

I will need several cups of coffee and lots of time for looking out of windows.:P This sort of thing takes me a very long time. I sort of have an idea for the second question, but it's a completely selfish answer. I'll think about it.
Yep, I do love the history related questions:D. Plus I haven't contributed much in a while, so I just came up with 5 polls (you've answered all of them:P). I had about 10 history type posts in my head, but thought I'd tone it down and just post the two for now. I'm still trying to think of an answer for the ones I have posted!
And what else are these gold stars for then?:O Especially since my new nickname involves two guys names, I need to balance it out with pretty Jewellery!
