Maybe Fred Phelps of the Westboro Baptist Church. Although I do believe someone else would easily fill his shoes. Many historical figures are just the poster child for the decisions of others.
Maybe Emperor Constantine! I do believe he was responsible for making Christianity the official religion of the Roman empire. Things would probably look really different if that didn't happen. Not that things would be better or worse without that reality.
No, hmmm...maybe someone completely random like Picasso or Babe Ruth. I have nothing against these people, I just don't think removing notorious people would do much good.
