    By insist I meant incest. Autocorrect failed to correct me because they are both real words.

    Any way you think about it your clone is a family member because they would share your dna. Even when you transfer their memories they would go on to experience life separately unless they were telepathically linked like the borg. Even if they were they would still be related to each other.

      You failed to use the correct word, it was not autocorrect.

      They share same DNA because one of them is the clone of the other, but they would not be a family member.

      You have a chance to have sex just after transferring memories, therefore no other experience...

        They are your family member because they share DNA. That is exactly what a family member and they would be no different genetically than an identical twin.

          You may consider him/her as a family member, but in order to be twin, they have to born at the same birth. Your clone was not born in your family, that is why I said they would not be a family member.
