  • In a case like that, the patient can usually walk afterwards. The only problem like that I've witnessed has been with Siamese Twins. If they share certain parts, like a kidney, a hip or a leg, than there's usually a greater risk and more difficulty on how to separate them. There were Siamese girls and both only had one leg. They were separated and now both have to wear prosthetics.
