Whoa, that is one of the creepiest things I've seen on the internet. Maybe I don't get around much? Haha. Where do those skulls come from, I mean, I can see they're mainly Chinese males, but who grants the permission for that? And why? At the risk of repeating myself, I still can't quite understand why one would want to own a random toothless or fully-toothed skull.
I heard about that site from an anthropologist, so that at least provides one uncreepy explanation why someone might want one. As for the origins, I tend to agree. They did come from China, but no information seems to be available about how they came on the market in the first place. Apparently China decided the whole thing wasn't cool though, because they recently banned export of humans bones.
