If you drink the right way, is it better for your liver?

Like if you drink lots of water during, and eat a big meal after, is your liver less damaged as a result? If you get a full night's sleep, wake up without a headache or feeling ill is it a sign that your body was able to handle the toxins pretty well without too much damage to your liver?

The liver has high regenerating capacity, if you give up drinking your liver will regenerate fully.

  • I’ve actually wondered this too. Then again if you’re putting harmful toxic fluids through your organs it seems it’ll harm them regardless. Like idk if water and whatever else can actually help the situation when it’s bound to get attacked.

Lol. If you're not getting hangovers it's probably bc you've built up a tolerance. Welcome to the club.

Dont drink more water than required. Your liver just needs to process the alchohol out. Whatever happened to a glass of red wine a day?

The best thing for one's liver is probably to abstain from drinking alcohol entirely. I know that's not what you want to hear, but you know I gotta keep it real.

Sounds like pseudoscience made up by an addict to me. If its concerning you, man up and quit altogether.
