    Oddly enough I don't think what's between their legs would bother me as much as their body. I'm a fan of the natural female figure. A couple implants and some post-puberty hormone injections don't make up for bone structure and waist/hip proportional differences between the sexes.

    Regardless of gender or sex, it would depend on how physically attractive I though they were and how they presented themselves. (and personality of course)

    I find people who are just androgynous much more attractive than transgender people to be honest, but I have nothing against them. If I ever like one, I'll date one

        I'm not exactly sure, I understand, then, but I'll give another answer.

        I'm a guy, and I find women attractive. Thus, I am considering whether I would date a male-to-female transgender person.
        I could fall for a passable male-to-female transgender person.

        I think I voted "Their gender identity would have to match my sexual orientation". If I'm attracted to women, then their gender identity would have to female, 'cause otherwise, I would be dating a guy.

        I think I understood the other option, "Their gender identity would have to match my sexual orientation", as meaning that their "genital situation" would have to be female (in my case). That was then a mistake.

        Not having had SRS does not mean that a transgender woman's body isn't female. Her body also depends on whether she's taken hormones or had other surgery.

        When I write that I could fall for a transgender person, I am saying that her being transgender is not a deal breaker. Whether I would date her or fall for her, would depend on both her physical attractiveness and her personality. Her gender identity is important, since it makes her a her, and would be a big part of her personality.

    I like both genders, but I don't know how I would feel being with a trans person. There's so much I don't know about transgenderism (is that a word?) and I'd be afraid of doing something offensive.

      The biggest surprise for me is that more than one person said something along these lines. That hadn't occurred to me.

      As far as not causing offense, I think treating them like their self identified gender unless they tell you otherwise pretty much covers it.

    thought about this before.. if i cant tell she was born a man, without looking in her pants, i could date her. i am a foot fetishist and all, i dont necessarily need a vagina... i just wouldnt be able to see her naked if her junk is still there, because i will be a little turned off but if there is no trace of masculinity then i dont really see a huge problem with it.. 0: i realised this the other day, and although its me, i was shocked to discover that about myself. people in my life outside of the internet think i am very closed-minded

      I've always wondered what this foot fetish is all about. I mean what the hell. Do you find pleasure in focusing only on a foot? I laugh every time a see guys on porn sites worshiping the foot while ignoring the rest of the body. It just looks ridiculous to me. So what's it all about? What's so special about a foot? Is it some kind of objectification thing? Like, do you perceive it as an independent object? Do you view the person who's foot you're smelling as a human being or do you just fade of in another dimension and pretend the rest of the body isn't even there? lol Please explain cause i can't figure out what you weirdos find so special about it.
