I'm still with him but I think after all these draining experiences, I wouldve not gotten so attached and left it either as friends or nothing at all and wait for the right time to finally be together. I fell for him the sec I met him but wasn't looking to settle down after just breaking up with my bf. So I think my mistake or actually I should say OUR mistake was we kept seeing each other and got closer when we both were not looking to settle down. But things happen when you least expect it. Timing has been EVERYTHING in my relationship. Our feelings for each other I guess were stronger than the timing and we just did what felt good. Now we're here, and yeah.

I would have broken up with him sooner and gone to a different school than him.

As enticing as the offer to start over is, I'm so happy with things as they are right now, I wouldn't change anything in my past if it altered this present.

No. It would never have worked. I wish he was still around, but I've never been happier or more in love than I am now. It's a lot better when it's reciprocal.

My first love was not innocent. It was quite the opposite. With the drugs and sex , my innocence was snatched away quickly. I still think of the guy fondly but I do not want to relive that time. It was good, but there is no need for a do over.
